Tail is a piece of the Stampin' Up Scallop Punch.
Wings are a piece of the Stampin' Up Oval Punch.
Eyes are from the Stampin' Up Owl Punch.
Nose is a small heart.
Hair is the heart from the Stampin' Up Owl Punch.
Balloons are 1" circle punch and small heart from Owl Punch.
